Jim Anderson Founder and Master Electrician with over 25 years in the field! Our founding member, Jim Anderson, has an extensive history in the electrical field. Starting in the electrical trade over 3 decades ago, he brings a wealth of experience to this highly technical field. Jim has worked many of his years not only in the field, but in the office as an estimator, project manager, general manager, vice president and safety officer. This hands on work experience has gained him a great reputation and respect not only from his peers, but also his employees. Understanding the value of experience, Jim has brought together professionals with years of practical experience! Jim is an active member of American Society of Safety Engineers, Northern Arizona Electrical Contracting Association, and Independent Electrical Contractors Association of Arizona. Shannon Anderson Chief Financial Officer / Controller With over 20 years experience in finance and construction administration, Shannon Anderson brings practical experience in lien law, accounting principles, job costing along with establishing trusted banking and vendor relationships. Shannon is an active participant in the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) and also has her credentials as an Accredited Professional with LEED – Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design which allows AEC Electric the opportunity to build green. Shannon works side by side with President Jim Anderson not only as his Chief Financial Officer, but as his lifelong partner.
